Ø Responsible for P&L of complete branch, Account Management, Team Handling.
Ø Have to Bring in new accounts.
Ø Identifying new clients, generating business from new accounts & developing them to achieve consistent profitability and client management.
Ø Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Ø Set up meetings between client decision makers .
Ø Cold call as appropriate within market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Ø Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging network.
Ø Lead generations, fresh calls and meeting with Talent Acquisition & HR Managers
Ø Building relations with clients, understanding the requirements & conveying the same to the team.
Ø Adroit at learning new concepts quickly, working well under pressure and communicating ideas clearly and effectively
Ø Ability to build new territories and expand opportunities towards the achievement of stated targets, to lead, motivate and provide effective guidance to perform at expected service standards
Ø Excellent decision making skills with a positive approach
Ø Lead the Team of Recruiters.
Ø Service a wide variety of IT and non IT positions, placement for permanent positions from junior executive level to middle/ higher management level on Pan India basis
Ø Have to handle end to end recruitments.
Ø Interact with respective HRs and Line Managers for understanding requirements
Ø Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their qualifications meet open positions by conducting interviews, reference checks and background investigations
Ø Conduct preliminary interviews and /or telephonic interviews and short-list relevant profiles and follow-ups
Ø Formatting CVs that are to be sent to the client & facilitating the interview process
Ø Create internal database and creative resources to identify potential candidates
