1. Database administration Level 3 support experience (Installation, configuration, patching, upgrade, Sev1 & Sev2 incidents)
2. Experience in production support for Oracle databases 10g, 11g in a heterogenous environment
3. Working with multiple technology teams, vendors, customers for Incident resolution
4. Working with multiple technology teams for change review, CIP creation and implementation
5. Working with mulitple stakeholders on Major incident management (Sev1 & Sev2 tickets)
6. Performance troubleshooting and tuning
7. Experience on Dataguard, Replication, RAC is preferred
8. Backup and recovery using RMAN, Netbackup, Snapshot backup. Experience on Avamar backup is a bonus
9. Exposure to Oracle APEX platform is a bonus
10. Good team player
11. Good softskills are a must (written and verbal communication)
12. Ability to work in a 24x7 support model (rotation basis)
