Responsibilities &Activities Description
Ø Participate in business requirements discussions with the different operations teams
Ø Feasibility analysis
Ø Document requirements
Ø Develop dashboards using Advanced excel (Formula and charts)
Ø VBA (Visual Basics for Applications) - Develop Excel macros, Excel/Access-based, VB Script apps
Ø Developing web and Outlook based macros
Ø Testing of macros and other tools
Ø Provide support on operations floors once tools are deployed
Ø Debugging and maintaining macro tools.
Skills:
Ø Good understanding of VBA / Excel Macros & VB Scripts.
Ø Good Understanding of client-server architecture.
Ø Good Interpersonal skills
Ø Good Analytical Skills
Ø Should have excellent client interfacing skills including verbal and written Communication
Ø Manage macros independently
Ø Good Knowledge in RDBMS - Access / SQL / Oracle etc. Optional
Knowledge on Dot-Net would be an added advantage.
