RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Editing and proofreading blogs, articles, white papers, presentations, brochures and any other content.
- Writing and editing internal and external content ensuring accuracy and style are maintained.
- Suggesting and revising edits in content according feedback.
- Coordinating with co-workers and content writers on both general and technical content edits.
- Develop and maintain online content including, websites content, advertisements, brochures, whitepapers, and other marketing materials.
- Drafting memos, press releases, media advisories, and other communications as needed.
ESSENTIAL:
- Minimum 2-5 years of proven ability in the editorial domain.
- Excellent written, grammar and verbal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task without impacting quality.
- Able to generate, update and follow editorial guidelines.
- Able to adjust format and style according to the needs of the audience.
- Capable of working as an individual contributor within a team, taking responsibility for deliverables and timelines.
DESIRABLE:
- Experience of working with publishing software and content management systems is a plus.
- Experience of working with and understanding publishing guidelines is an advantage.
- Candidate with experience of working on publishing software or tools will be preferred.
