Essential responsibilities:

1.      Identify practical and innovative solutions to resolve bugs in NX Open API customization

2.      Be responsible for work that is less defined in scope and has the understanding and experience to execute business objectives.

3.      This role has the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.

4.      Sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements.

5.      Good knowledge of Teamcenter modules, workflow process

6.      Provide technical leadership to personnel supporting the assigned project.

7.      Document technical data generated by the assigned project consistent with engineering policies and procedures.

8.      Coordinate and control the activities performed by external resources related to the assigned job

9.      Strong technical drawing interpretation skills and impart design intent

10.  Ability to translate the design intent into NX Open API program

11.  Expertise in Unigraphics NX

12.  Expertise in NX Open API programming (Open C, C++)

13.  Exposure to Knowledge Fusion

14.  Exposure to NX Open API development with NX Manager / ITK programming

15.  Knowledge in VB.Net, Java would be added advantage

16.  Experience with large Assemblies and Sub Assemblies with Top Down Design

17.  Knowledge of ASME standards.

18.  Interest in working in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications / Requirements:

1.      Bachelor of Science in Mechanical /Aeronautical / Technical Diploma or Equivalent Background.

2.      At least 3 additional years of experience in an engineering position, particularly for mechanical and system engineering.

3.      Ability to work in teams and achieve targets.

4.      Strong detail focus and product definition quality.

5.      Ability to work in a global environment.

6.      Fluency in English.
