• Editing and proofreading blogs, articles, white papers, presentations, brochures and any other content.
  • Writing and editing internal and external content ensuring accuracy and style are maintained.
  • Suggesting and revising edits in content according feedback.
  • Coordinating with co-workers and content writers on both general and technical content edits.
  • Develop and maintain online content including, websites content, advertisements, brochures, whitepapers, and other marketing materials.
  • Drafting memos, press releases, media advisories, and other communications as needed.


  • Minimum 2-5 years of proven ability in the editorial domain.
  • Excellent written, grammar and verbal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to multi-task without impacting quality.
  • Able to generate, update and follow editorial guidelines.
  • Able to adjust format and style according to the needs of the audience.
  • Capable of working as an individual contributor within a team, taking responsibility for deliverables and timelines.


  • Experience of working with publishing software and content management systems is a plus.
  • Experience of working with and understanding publishing guidelines is an advantage.
  • Candidate with experience of working on publishing software or tools will be preferred.
